Automated Nucleic Acid Purification Systems

These laboratory automated systems are able to extract DNA or RNA from various biological samples including tissue, cell culture, whole blood, serum, and plasma in just 40–60 minutes

The ExiPrep 16 Pro has TCO/IP network capability to allow multiple units to operate in parallel. It also features a built-in cooling block that can keep samples at 10°C for as long as necessary.

They are also able to purify His-tag recombinant proteins. Both the ExiPrep™ 16 Plus and ExiPrep™ Pro can handle up to 16 samples at once, and include optimized extraction protocols for many sample types. Intuitive touch screen interfaces enable simple operation. The automatic UV sterilization lamps and unique contamination shields that slide underneath pipet tips eliminate the possibility of intra-assay cross-contamination. Integrated combined magnetic/heating blocks reduce experiment time and increase elution efficiency
