Electroporation Systems Electroporators
This system allows the researcher to confirm and track key electroporation parameters, including waveform, peak voltage, field strength, pulse length, pulse duration, and frequency in all electroporation generators with external pulse capabilities

The optional communications module allows the user to send the waveform information directly to a printer or a computer. The optional digital storage oscilloscope is required to display waveforms.

These parameters are critical during optimization sample runs or troubleshooting. The system interfaces between the generator and the electroporation chamber, safety stand or plate handler. System consists of a high-voltage probe and a high-voltage interface box. The probe features an 88.9cm (35") long BNC cable and 30.5cm (12") input leads, and requires four AA cell batteries or connection to an AC adapter for power. The interface box features a 4mm (5/32") banana jack probe connection.

Interface box specifications: 2500Vrms, 3500Vpk CAT II Voltage, 15A Max. Continuous Current, 1000A for 100us Peak Current, Dimensions 13.5L x 13.5W x 5.8H cm (55/16 x 55/16 x 25/16")

Probe specifications: 1:100/1:1000 Attenuation, DC to 70MHz (–3dB) Bandwidth, ±2% Accuracy, <±5mV typical offset
