Fume Extractors
Fume adsorbers are ideal for light-duty applications involving ammonia, formaldehyde, organic solvents, and low molecular weight amines

Replacement filter utilizes 2.7kg (6lbs.) of activated carbon to adsorb vapors up to one-third of the filter weight.

Carbon filtration traps vapors, ensuring only safe, filtered air is returned to the laboratory. No outside ducting is required. A quiet, built-in motorized impeller provides face velocity up to 35fpm; models with two filters include two motorized impellers. A rear-mounted air sampling port allows testing the saturation of the carbon filter using detector tubes (not included). Units are pre-wired with a rear-mounted auxiliary electrical receptacle and a top-mounted blower switch with a circuit breaker. Portable, low-profile enclosures fit easily on countertops with overhanging cabinets. Adsorbers feature a glacier white, dry powder epoxy-coated steel housing with a perforated baffle for uniform airflow. A shatterproof, 0.95cm (3/8") thick canopy constructed of clear acrylic helps keep fumes centralized. Adsorbers are available with one or two filters for ammonia, formaldehyde or organic vapors.

Certifications: The 115V models are ETL and ETL-C listed. The 230V models are CE marked.

Ordering information: The 115V models are supplied with a 2.4m (8') three-wire power cord with a plug. The 230V models are supplied with a 2.4m (8') three-wire power cord without a plug.
