FlaskScrubber® Glassware Washers, Labconco®
More economical than hand washing, the FlaskScrubber® is designed to clean flasks, beakers, and other types of specialized glassware

Tank and wash arms are constructed of Type 304 stainless steel. Fiberglass blanket and aluminum-backed acoustic material provide double insulation for heat retention and low noise levels. The absence of a central water distribution tower allows for a greater glassware capacity. Separate pumps for washing and draining reduce the potential for cross contamination. An integral forced air system draws air through the spindles for up to 250 minutes. This drying cycle is programmable from 38 to 70°C (100 to 158°F). Microprocessor control with LCD has factory preset programs that may be altered for specific requirements by changing wash and dry times or number of rinses. All 115V models have seven programs: rinse only, plastic, glass, glass plus, scientific, scientific plus, and dry only. All 230V models have three additional programs: intense, intense plus, and extreme. Two additional programs may be created and stored for repeated use. Cycles include multiple tap or purified water rinses and heated or non-heated drying. Enhanced washing and drying results can be obtained with 93°C (199°F) water temperature on 230V models.

Washers include a motor that recirculates up to 424L (112gal.) of water per minute throughout the tank, purified water pump, steam generator, and detergent and neutralizing rinse solution dispensers. Each washer comes with a lower spindle rack containing 36 detachable large spindles for washing narrow-neck glassware, 18 glassware holders, 36 clips, 10 small spindles, and a 1.9cm (3/4") hose barb for connection to a purified water source. Washers can also be accessorized with inserts to hold pipets, an upper spindle rack, or racks and inserts that hold other specialized glassware. The front door on all washers is brushed stainless steel. Freestanding models also have brushed stainless steel sides and top. Washers with a viewing window in the door have a 25W interior light that illuminates the tank while the latch is locked. Freestanding models can be converted to mobile units with a mobile conversion kit.

The unit features a powerful steam cycle that penetrates hard-to-reach places and removes dried and baked-on contaminants. Throughout the cleaning cycles, the unit is continuously heating, thus boosting water and glassware temperatures and improving drying results.

Certifications: ETL and ETL-C listed. CE marked.
