Seals Microplate Seals

These soft, non permeable 63.5 µm thick aluminium foils, with strong medical grade adhesive, eliminate the need for heat sealing devices or mats during thermal cycling.

Recommended for temperatures from −80 to +120 °C
Easily pierceable with pipette tips and robotic probes
Excellent vapour barrier, virtually no sample evaporation
Certified free from DNase, RNase and nuclease

Compared to other aluminium foils, these foils have less tendency to roll back on themselves when removing the backing paper, and fit well to the plate during application.

Each foil L×D: 142,9×82,6 mm (5⁵/₈x3¹/₄") with sufficient sealing area for all PCR plates.

Length with end tabs removed: 125,4 mm (4¹⁵/₁₆")

Packaging: Sterile product is packed in tamper-evident bags of 25/bag.
