Blue Trisacryl® M is used for the purification of a wide variety of enzymes and proteins such as kinases, albumin, interferons, and some coagulation factors. The basic matrix is Trisacryl® GF2000 resin, a macroporous non-ionic resin on which Cibacron® blue is covalently immobilized. The resin has a particle size of 40–80µm, giving it excellent mechanical stability. In addition, it can be used for more than 100 cycles of albumin separation from whole plasma. At the laboratory level, the separation speed allows several cycles to be performed in one day. The binding capacity was determined in PBS buffer with 5mg/mL albumin and is 10–15mg/mL for human albumin and 5–7mg/mL for bovine albumin. It has a working pH stability of 1–10 and pressure stability up to 3bar (45psi).

Heparin HyperD® M is used to purify biological molecules that bind to heparin such as coagulation factors, lipoproteins, growth hormones and factors, and nucleic acid binding enzymes. The resin has an average particle size of 80µm and is very rigid to allow the use of high flow rates without excessive pressure increase or bed collapse. The binding capacity is >25mg/mL at a flow rate of 600cm/h of human ATIII in 20mM Tris HCl with 0.3M sodium chloride additive at a pH of 7.4. In addition, the dynamic binding capacity is virtually independent of linear velocity. The pH stability range is 3–13 and it features pressure stability up to 70bar (1000psi).

Lysine HyperD® is comprised of a porous rigid mineral bead containing L-lysine bound hydrogel filled pores. The resin has an average particle size of 70µm. It is a high-speed/high-capacity resin for the purification of biological molecules that bind to lysine, such as plasminogen. The working pH stability is 3–13 and the pressure is stable up to 70bar (1000psi).
