ECM® 630 generator is appropriate for use in bacteria and yeast transformations, plant protoplast and intact plant transformations, in vitro protein/drug/gene delivery, and mammalian transfections. ECM® 830 is designed for use in mammalian cell transfections, intact plant tissue and protoplast transformations, in vivo and in vitro protein/drug/gene delivery, in ovo nuclear transfer and embryo manipulations, and for limited bacterial and yeast transformations.
ECM® 630 and 830 generators have a digital user interface, a 4-line LCD display, and a single rotary knob with a push-button toggle to set parameters.
The systems can monitor wave form, peak amplitude, field strength, pulse lengths, pulse intervals, and AC duration.
Ordering information: All generators include a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Each monitoring system includes the appropriate ECM® generator, an Enhancer 3000 interface probe, Enhancer interface box, Enhancer digital oscilloscope with communications module, safety stand, cables, and 30 cuvettes (10 each of 1mm, 2mm, and 4mm gap sizes).
