9 mm autosampler screw thread vials feature a wide opening design for compatibility with all major autosampler brands and robotics.

  • Vials are precision manufactured from polypropylene or high-purity borosilicate glass
  • Caps and vials matched for best closure integrity
  • Available with or without writing patch
  • Spring promotes alignment and ensures insert seals against septa to help guard against evaporation loss
  • Available pre-assembled, certified, clear or amber glass

MS certified vial kits are tested and certified to meet or exceed up to 14 critical performance parameters. Glass vials are manufactured from borosilicate glass and have a maximum fill volume of 1.8 ml.

Kits include preassembled polypropylene screw closures with your choice of PTFE/red rubber, PTFE/silicone/PTFE, or PTFE/silicone septa. Preassembled kits are supplied in one-compartment trays. Unassembled kits are supplied in two-compartment benchtop storage trays. Loose caps and inserts come packaged in poly bags.
