Unjacketed large scale process reaction vessels.

These flush bottom (zero dead space) valves are designed to prevent solids from collecting in the bottom of the vessel
Vessels equipped with the 0-20 mm sealed on valve are supplied complete with a TFE plug having Perfluoro chemically resistant O-rings
Vessels are serial numbered and have a graduation scale on both sides showing the approximate volume

The 10, 15, and 20 l vessels have a 200 mm ID flange with an O-ring groove formed in the surface of the flange. The 30 l and 50 l have a 300 mm ID flat ground flange. The 10, 15, and 20 l are available with a choice of a 2" beaded pipe drain that is detachable, or the 0 - 20 mm valve with 3/4" sidearm that is permanently sealed.
