Optimized reagents for binding SMRTbell template libraries to polymerase for DNA sequencing on the sequel system.

The sequel binding and internal control kit 3.0 includes the latest binding kit, sequel binding kit 3.0 and sequel DNA internal control complex 3.0. Together, these reagents are used to prepare polymerase-bound SMRTbell templates for loading onto the sequel system. Sequel polymerase 3.0 should be used only with sequel sequencing kit 3.0.

When combined with the sequel Sequencing kit 3.0, generate up to 20 Gb for large-insert libraries and more for other applications.The sequel DNA internal control complex 3.0 contains a fixed template of 2 kb length, bound to sequel DNA polymerase 3.0 for use as an internal sequencing control on the sequel System.

Reagent quantities support a minimum of 24 binding reactions and up to 70 SMRT Cell runs per binding reaction, depending on sample insert size, application, and concentration.
