Muellerian-inhibiting Factor (AMH)(Human) ELISA Kit, BioVision
A Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of AMH in human biological fluids.

  • Easy, convenient and time-saving method to measure the level of AMH in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, culture supernatants and other biological fluids.
  • Detection Range: 46.875 - 3000 pg/ml
  • Sensitivity: < 28.125 pg/ml
  • Assay Precision: Intra-Assay: CV < 8%; Inter-Assay: CV < 10%
  • This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of AMH. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between AMH and analogues was observed.

Muellerian-inhibiting factor (AMH) is a glycoprotein, produced by the Sertoli cells of the testis, causes regression of the Muellerian duct. It is also able to inhibit the growth of tumors derived from tissues of Muellerian duct origin. Although it does not compete with EGF for receptor binding sites, MIS can inhibit the autophosphorylation of the EGF receptor in vitro. BioVision’s AMH ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of AMH in Human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of AMH captured from the samples.
