Calcium Gluconate, Anhydrous, FCC is used as a nutrient, firming agent, stabilizer, and texturizer in grain products and beverages. The FCC grade meets the requirements of the Food Chemical Codex indicates and is suitable for all food, beverage and nutritional supplement applications.
