AmpliScribe™ T7 High Yield Transcription Kit, Biotin-16-UTP, Biosearch Technologies
Microarray Reagents
Easily synthesize high yields of RNA with this T7 RNA polymerase in vitro transcription kit.

  • Fast: Produce maximal RNA yields in two hours
  • Scalable: Increase reaction size to produce milligram - gram amounts of RNA
  • High Yield: Produce 120-150 µg of RNA per reaction
  • Flexible: Produce long or short RNAs from a variety of template DNAs with T7 promoters including linearized vectors, PCR products, cDNA, and dsDNA oligos
  • Multi-application compatible: Transcribed RNA is suitable for a variety of applications including: CRISPR (gRNA), in vitro translation, RNAi (shRNA, dsRNA), RNase protection, RNA structural studies, and anti-sense experiments

The AmpliScribe™ T7 High Yield Transcription Kit is specially formulated to use high concentrations of NTPs, that can be inhibitory in other in vitro transcription systems

The Biotin-16-UTP (or other labeled NTPs) can be added to AmpliScribe in vitro transcription reactions in order to produce biotin labeled RNA for applications such as in situ hybridization, RNP pulldowns, and non-radioactive hybridization-based assays.

AmpliScribe High Yield Transcription reactions can produce >20-fold more full-length RNA transcript than conventional in vitro transcription reactions. For example, the AmpliScribe T7 Kit yields approximately 5-7.5 mg/ml of 1.4-kb full-length control RNA in 30-120 minutes, respectively, using only 1 µg of template DNA.

Delivery information: Each AmpliScribe™ T7 High Yield Transcription Kit contains: AmpliScribe T7 Enzyme Solution, 100 mM ATP, CTP, GTP, and UTP Solutions, AmpliScribe 10X Reaction Buffer, 100 mM Dithiothreitol (DTT), RiboGuard™ RNase Inhibitor, RNase-Free Water, Control Template DNA, and RNase-Free DNase I.

The Biotin-16-UTP is supplied at a Li+ salt at a 50 nM solution in water.
