Fluorescent peroxidase substrate. One of the most widely used Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) probes for intracellular measurement and analysis.

  • DHR 123
  • ROS probe
  • Peroxidase substrate

One of the most widely used Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) probes for intracellular measurement and analysis of oxidative species. DHR 123 is an uncharged and nonfluorescent probe that can passively diffuse across membranes where it is oxidized to the cationic rhodamine 123 and localizes in the mitochondria exhibiting a green fluorescence in direct correlation to reactive oxygen species (ROS) present due to cell stress, injury, disease or toxicity.
