Storage: Store cryopreserved vials in liquid nitrogen, growth medium at 4 °C in dark, subculture reagent kit at -20 °C and the reagents at 4 °C upon thawing.
They are a well established cell system for the study of human vascular disorders such as atherosclerosis and stroke.
Delivery information: Kit contains an ampoule of cryopreserved HAOSMC, 500 mL of Smooth Muscle Cell Growth Medium and a Subculture Reagent Kit (including 100 ml each of HEPES Buffered Saline Solution, trypsin/EDTA, and trypsin neutralizing solution).
