The WST200 tester ensures that basic ESD protection is met by quickly and accurately measuring the resistance between an operator, wrist strap, and ground cord

With a test voltage of 9 volts DC, the unit is specially designed to test without harm to the operator. The WST200 verifies that a continuous grounding path between a wrist band and coil cord by indicating three levels of resistance; HI, LO, and OK. An easy to read LED light and an audible alarm provide measurement details. Test parameters are factory set to pass 800K–10M, but it is adjustable to match specific user requirements.

Accessories information: The CAL 1000 calibration unit is designed to facilitate easy, in-house, NIST traceable calibration of the WST200, GTS600, and GTS900 wrist strap and footwear testers from Transforming Technologies. The recommended calibration interval is once per year. No power source is required. The CAL1000 is designed to verify testers calibrated to ANSI/ESD S1.1-1998 and ANSI/ESD STM9.1- 2001, and therefore works with most makes of test equipment.
