Human Recombinant MANF (from E. coli)
Mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor (MANF), also known as ARMET or ARP, is a secreted protein belonging to the ARMET family. It is localized to the Golgi apparatus and the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), and has been reported to play a role in modulating myocardial damage from ER stress and has been called a cardiomyokine. MANF, like its structural homolog CDNF, has been described as a survival factor for midbrain dopaminergic neurons in vitro and in vivo.
