Stability/Storage: The reagents contained in this system are stable at room temperatures for normal shipping periods, but the kit should be used immediately or the package should be stored at -20^oC upon arrival. The reagents contained in this kit are stable and effective for up to 6 months at -20^oC.

Each OptiTDS™ system contains concentrated tissue dissociation enzymes and reagents which are added to an included buffer system to produce a working solution that is capable of treating 3-5 g of tissue. Each tissue dissociation system is customized to be tissue-specific and cell-specific to obtain the best results for each type of primary cell.
