DHX32, a new member of the DEAH subfamily of DEAD box proteins, is a novel putative RNA helicases with an activation-dependent paten of expression, and characterized by a conserved helicase domain consisting of 7 to 8 conserved motifs. RNA helicases of the DEAD box family is are highly conserved enzymes which are required for RNA metabolism from transcription to degradation and are therefore important players in gene expression. DHX32 may play an important role in the development of colorectal cancer . This is a rabbit polyclonal anti-DHX32 antibody raised against part of C-terminal chain of human DHX32.
