CD20 is a 33kD leukocyte surface antigen consisting of four transmembrane regions and cytoplasmic N- and C-termini. CD20 is expressed primarily on B cells but has also been detected on both normal and neoplastic T cells. Activation of CD20 significantly increases DNA synthesis and is thought to involve basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factors. Tested for Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistology (Formalin/paraffin) Positive Control: Tonsil or Spleen. Cellular Localization Cell membrane /cytoplasm Recognizes CD20. Species Crossreactivity: Human.
MS4A1 antibody can be used in ELISA, Western Blot starting at 1:500 - 1:2000, and immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ?g/mL.
