CBP1 is a collagen binding protein located on endoplasmic reticulum. It shows sequence homology to the serine protease inhibitor serpin but does not bind endogenous proteases. CBP1 is involved in the intracellular processing, folding, assembly and secretion of procollagens.
SERPINH1 antibody can be used in ELISA, Western Blot, and immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ?g/mL.
