Antibodies
BIKE is a NAK serine/threonine protein kinase that mediates osteoblast differentiation. The protein contains a N-terminal serine/threonine kinase domain, a C-terminal bipartite nuclear localization signal and a glutamine-rich region that may function in protein-protein interactions. At least two mRNA transcript variants, resulting from alternative splicing at the BIKE locus, have been reported.

BMP2K antibody can be used in ELISA starting at 1:20000 - 1:80000, Western Blot starting at 1:1000 - 1:3000, immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ?g/mL, and immunofluorescence.
