MARK1, a MARK type protein kinase, has been shown to phosphorylate the microtubule-associated proteins tau, MAP2, and MAP4 on their microtubule-binding domain causing their dissociation from microtubules.

MARK1 antibody can be used in Western Blot starting at 0.05 - 1 ?g/mL, immunohistochemistry starting at 10 ?g/mL, and immunocytochemistry.

PBS, 0.1% sodium azide.
