Beta 1 heterodimers are widely expressed and control various developmental processes, including neurogenesis, chondrogenesis, myoblast fusion, and skin and hair follicle morphogenesis.

Integrin beta 1 antibody can be used in ELISA, Western Blot, and immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ?g/mL.
