All users of the Web Site are subject to the following website terms and conditions of use (these “Terms of Use”). By accessing or using the Web Site, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, as well as the Company Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use. The Web Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Community Feature"). You agree to use the Community Feature only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Community Feature. You agree to use the Web Site only for lawful purposes.

A. Specifically you agree not to do any of the following when using a Community Feature:

7. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
8. Download any file posted by another user of a Community Feature that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner or that you have a contractual obligation to keep confidential (notwithstanding its availability on the Web Site).
9. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

Applicable Law; International Use
