JULABO HighTech Refrigerated and Heating Circulators are ideal for temperature control applications to external systems and/or inside the bath tank.
HE models have a temperature range of –50 to 200 °C, TFT temperature display for actual and set point values and keypad for set point in put. The electronically controlled pressure/suction pump has an illuminated pump stage display. A Connection for a Pt100 sensor enables external measurement and control. The HE includes an integrated programmer with up to 10 steps, a timer function, RS232 interface for PC control, three point calibration and a high/low temperature cut–off safety and a low liquid level protection (via float).
HL models: include features of the HE; with the addition of an LED display with numeric keypad for increased display information and easy setting entry. The HL has an integrated programmer (6×60 steps) with real–time clock, a combined RS232 / RS485 interface, temperature display in °C or °F and Stakei Connections for solenoid valves.
Units provide high heating/cooling capacities to ensure rapid heating and cooling times. All units feature stainless steel construction, bath tank lids and adjustable centrifugal pressure/suction pumps. Active Cooling Control to 200 °C provides immediate cooling across the entire operating range. FP models offer proportional cooling control which adjusts the cooling power as needed; reducing energy consumption and lowering heat generation to the environment. FPW models are water cooled. A removable venting grid at the front facilitates removal of dust from the condenser grid. Models have handles to allow for easy transport and include a drain port on the front for easy draining of the bath fluid. M16×1 male pump Connections on the back supplied with 8 and 12 mm hose barbs. Typical applications: internal temperature control of Test tubes, beakers, etc.; or external temperature control of closed loop systems such as condensers, distillation apparatus, jacketed reactors, autoclaves, Kilo labs.
