Western blotting: use at a dilution of 1/20 to 1/50. FACS: assay dependent. Immunocytochemistry: use at a dilution of 1/20 - 1/50 on acetone fixed cell preparations. Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1/20 - 1/50 on frozen and formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded tissuesections. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user. For optimal staining in IHC, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmaskingsolution, for example a sodium citrate based buffer. The primary antibodyshould be incubated for about 60 minutes at room temperature when performing IHC.
