Antibodies

This cytokine stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes. Used in myeloid reconstitution following bone marrow transplant, bone marrow transplant engraftment failure or delay, mobilization and following transplantation of autologous peripheral blood progenitor cells, and following induction chemotherapy in older adults with acute myelogenous leukemia.

Recommended Starting Dilutions: For ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. For ELISPOT: Use at an assay dependent dilution. For IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution on GM-CSF expressing mouse cells. For WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 5 ?g/ml, this concentration can detect less than 100 ng of recombinant mouse GM-CSF under reducing conditions. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
